“Cohesion, challenge yourself” Suzhou Xinda the first phase of development training camp

  　　On May 11, this Green Day, 46 people above the assistant level of Suzhou Xinda Minister held a one-day expansion training activity in Jiang Xiang, Changshu, the theme of this extended training is“Cohesion, challenge yourself, build a first-class team”, which aims to promote team cooperation, improve team cohesion, and through the specific experience of the activities, to understand the underlying ideas.
 

    　　After arriving at the base, the activity began with the formation, warm-up and ice-breaking groups, and was eventually divided into four teams: red, yellow, blue and purple. The“Inspiring” morning competition seemed simple, actually needs the skill and the cooperation, finally the blue team obtains first by the hundred good results. At noon, “Kitchen King Competition”, we divide and cooperate, their hands, wash, cut, stir-fry, burn, very busy. Afternoon is the pressure plate series and minefield water, the process of laughter, but also in the process we experienced the regret of failure and the joy of success.
 

    　　The most impressive thing was the final 'graduation wall' . It was 4.2 meters tall. It was impossible for everyone to climb over it with their bare hands without using any tools. After the mission, director Zhu led everyone to study strategies, set up ladders, and ranked the personnel in order. He took the lead in completing the most difficult first jump. After that, everyone found skills, and when the ladder on the shoulders of the players climb the high wall one by one, grabbed the top of the wall stretched out only hope of the hand, took 8 minutes 39 seconds all successfully over the“Graduation wall”, the entire hall rang with cheers and applause!  

    　　In the course of the activities, team members actively participated in the difficult, bold challenge themselves, team members to encourage each other, in a common cooperation, to overcome a once thought impossible to complete the project, at the end of each project, we shared the joy of success and the Passion of challenge, fully realized the team trust, effective communication, transposition thinking, reasonable organization, leadership, execution and team work closely related to the management awareness and art.
